MC and Event Hosting!

If you want your guests to feel relaxed, connected and have a whole lot of fun at your event, I can make that happen as your M.C and Event Host. I’ll bring your vision to life seamlessly, ensure all your guests are having THE BEST time, and that you enjoy every moment of the celebration you’ve created. There’s a beautiful flow when your whole event is hosted and your ceremony is seamlessly tied in with the rest of your celebration.

What’s involved

You'll tell me all about your event, all the celebration elements you want to be part of the day, how you want people to feel, and what you want them to experience. I’ll then share my creativity and event experience to bring everything together and make your celebration an amazing experience for everyone.

  • Seamless - It will be seamless. I’ll make sure your guests know where they need to be, what’s happening and when.

  • Connected - I’ll make sure everyone feels included, relaxed and appreciated.

  • Meaningful - Everyone will get to experience all the celebration elements you’ve organised and appreciate the meaning behind it.  

  • Coordinated - I’ll make sure your run sheet flows, and I’ll lead your supplier team to make sure everything happens.

  • Feels - your speeches will feel super special - I’ll not only introduce each speaker and let everyone know who they are and why they’re important to you, but I’ll also help them feel relaxed, calm and confident about their speech. 

  • Supported - Your speakers receive speech writing support, parameters (if needed), ‘thought starter questions’ and presentation advice. 

  • If you’re having group photos with family and friends, I’ll coordinate this for you to make sure you can spend more time with each other than smiling at a lens :)

As your MC and Event Host, I’m there for you, I keep everything flowing so you can just enjoy yourself and not worry about a thing!

  • PA System (including microphones and AUX input to play your music, if needed)

Perfect for celebrations with multiple brackets of hosted elements across the day/evening. Also great if your ceremony and reception are in different locations.

3 hours

Works well for ceremony and reception all in one location with multiple hosted elements across the day/evening.

This suits people who want to have the hosted elements of their wedding day earlier and then just let the celebration free flow from there.

What’s the difference?

The time difference flows through to how many celebration elements are required on the day and therefore how much preparation is involved before your event. The 2-hour option requires less preparation and on-the-day hours which is reflected in the lower price. 

I can help you figure out which option is best for your celebration, your venue and run-sheet requirements.

No matter which option you choose you get my full support and all the inclusions listed to make sure you have THE BEST celebration and love every moment!

There’s also another option…

Small group / family photo coordination: $150

If you’re having small group / family photos just after your ceremony I also offer a photo coordination service on its own. This is included in both MC and Event Hosting options but can also be booked separately. You send me the groups you want photographed and I coordinate everyone in and out of photos, so that you get all the shots you want, enjoy the experience, and spend more time celebrating. 

Photographers have loved this offering too! They can focus on capturing those in front of the lens and I coordinate everyone behind the lens. This requires minimal preparation and I stay for one-hour after your ceremony.
